Anna Lenz

Anna Lenz joined the Nestlé Group in 2004, at the Switzerland Centre, starting her career in the auditing department, passing through 29 countries around the world in the course of her duties. After two years at Nestlé UK & Ireland, she joined the Nespresso Italy team as CFO, and in 2013, she was transferred to the Nespresso Headquarters, in Switzerland, to take on the role of Head of Corporate Controlling. In 2017, she was appointed Director of Nespresso in Portugal, where she led one of Nespresso's most successful markets in Europe, ensuring growth in a highly competitive context, which led her, in early 2020, to be invited to join the Global Management. of Nespresso as CEO for Europe. Since July 2022, Anna Lenz has been CEO of Nestlé Portugal, managing a portfolio of more than 90 brands. At Nestlé Portugal, Anna Lenz leads a team of over 2,000 employees, distributed across the factories in Avanca and Oporto, the headquarters in Linda-a-Velha, Oeiras, the Avanca Distribution Centre and several commercial delegations that cover the entire continent and islands. Anna Lenz graduated in Mathematics from ETH Zürich in Switzerland, has an Executive MBA from the London Business School, is fluent in six languages, and is married, with three children.
