José María Bonmatí

Born in Barcelona (Spain) José María Bonmatí has a degree in Economics from the University of Barcelona and a Business Administration from the IESE. University of Navarra (PDG). He has been deeply involved in the development of EAN, now GS1, from the very beginning as member of the Executive Committee, Advisory Council and GDSN Inc. Board of Directors. Vice President of Alimentaria, Member of the Board of CEOE (Confederation of Business Organizations) Board of Trustees of different Foundations as Food Bank, San Telmo and Fageda. AECOC is an Association that joins together more than 33.000 companies, producers, retailers, wholesalers and manufacturers. We work to improve the competitiveness of the whole value chain.
